Buckley is pleased to announce an exclusive partnership with US Draft Company, is a manufacturer of a complete line of mechanical draft control and combustion air systems. Coupled with Jeremias stacks and breeching products, Buckley is able to offer our clients a turnkey mechanical draft and venting solution. US Draft Company offers true bi-directional controls for positive and negative pressure for mechanical draft systems. This means we always know the true pressure in the common and react to maintain setpoint quicker than any other control offering.
Systems Available
- Exhaust Vent Control System (VCS)-This system maintains a constant negative pressure in the exhaust common manifold or individual chimney/vent. The VCS takes advantage of a bi-directional pressure transducer to rapidly respond to varying manifold or individual system pressure.
- Combustion Air Pressure Based Air System (PAS)– This systems maintain a constant negative pressure in the mechanical room or ducted supply for combustion air. The PAS takes advantage of a bi-directional pressure transducer to rapidly respond to varying outdoor and room pressures to maintain a neutral pressure in the mechanical room or appliance inlet duct when compared to atmosphere.
- Overdraft Control System (ODCS)– This system maintains a constant negative pressure in the exhaust common manifold or individual chimney/vent. The ODCS takes advantage of a bi-directional pressure transducer to rapidly respond to varying manifold or individual system pressure. The system interlocks with fossil fuel fired heating appliances to maintain the required outlet pressure of the manufacturer.
Fans, Dampers and Controls
- Fans – For exhaust or combustion air applications; available in stainless steel or aluminum construction; high temperature options; available configurations: 90-degree draft inducer, inline draft inducer, or termination draft inducer.
- Dampers – Pre-packaged, true positive shutoff, 316L construction modulating damper systems with dedicated controls designed specifically for modern appliances.
- Control Options – From a simple LCD to a 7” touchscreen, up to 15 appliances and three different functions all in one.
