Construction Features

Base

  • 6″ coated-steel structural C-channel (Aluminum Available, Up to 12″ Available)
  • 6″ cross members (square tube steel)

  • Thermally isolated 16 GA 304 Stainless Steel Floor

Interior

  • 16 GA 304 stainless steel interior
  • Upturned lip fully welded along floor perimeter (1¼”), fully welded seams
  • Accessible removable aluminum grate for filter access
  • Stainless steel filter rack
  • Factory conduit for all components
  • Triple sloped drain pan (full length of unit, recessed and fully welded)

Casing

  • 2″ tongue & groove formed panels (3-4″ Available)
  • Thermal break construction
  • Aluminum exterior / 304 stainless steel interior

  • 1/240th deflection of span
  • Painted to match fans – 2 coat epoxy

Roof

  • Sloped EPDM roof with aluminum flashing
